Great quality

I was looking for referrals for doors and windows for my mom’s house. I like to look at reviews prior to contacting anyone for work (even if it’s a referral) and to be honest, I usually overlook anyone with less than 4.5 stars. However, Teza Doors and Windows were heavily recommended by a few people I knew so I thought I’d give them a shot. Nini was really helpful and professional. She was able to get me what I needed within the budget I gave her. When I decide to change out doors on my house, I’m definitely coming back.

I wanted a door that led to my patio area but I had no idea what it was called. After playing a game of charades with Fran, she was able to help me figure out that it was a bi-fold door that I was looking for. She was extremely helpful throughout the process and worked with me through our hectic schedules. Her team was professional and easy to work with.

The door installed is defective (see attached photo). I have been waiting for almost a year for my door replacement. I will change my review once they install my replacement door. As of July 6, 2023, I still have not received the replacement door. As of July 28, my replacement door in transit.

I am absolutely in love with your bi-fold window! My previous window got cracked and needed a new replacement but didn’t want to buy some ordinary boring window. This adds so much character to the room and w/ great price! Highly recommend!
