What are the requirements for installation on door/window?
The old must be removed already when the installers arrive. You have to make sure the rough opening has the right measurements for the doors you purchased. (rough opening should be 1/2″ bigger horizontally and 1/4″ bigger vertically on each size). Level out the four sides of the opening the top, the two sides, and the bottom(if necessary, use self-level concrete). We cannot install if the opening is not leveled correctly
How many people do you need to install a bifold/sliding door?
Installation process usually requires two people. One person holds the door in place while the other attaches the hardware and adjusts the alignment. The process involves measuring the opening, cutting the track, drilling holes, installing the hinges, brackets, and pivots, and hanging the door panels.
How do I measure my windows or doors?
Teza products sizes id behind the frame to frame, and sizes on the invoice will be exact sizes of products. For rough opening requires 1/4″ to each
What is Teza’s Rough Opening ?
Teza rough opening requires 1/4″ on each side of the door’s frame. For example 120″ x 80” bifold door make frame a rough opening of 120 1/2″ x 80 1/4″ to fit. Always remember to square up your door before you nail the frame in place to assure it will close properly.
What is Low-E glass?
Low-E glass, short for Low-Emissivity or Low-Emittance, contains a microscopic coating that makes a window more thermally efficient.

The Delivery time depends on the type of product you purchased and location.
How long does Custom order take to arrive?
Custom Orders are approximately fourteen to sixteen weeks from order date.

Yes, Teza ships to all 50 States.
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we charge for shipping, cost of shipping depends on location the item will be shipped to.
What forms of shipping do you use?
Teza uses a variety of shipping methods depending on customers’ needs.

Depends on the product you have purchased along with your location.
How do I file a claim?
Send an email to claims@tezadoors.com — please include your invoice/purchase order number, a brief description, and a photo or video of the door/problem areas(s).
What do I have to do to get a warranty on my product?
Your product comes with warranty from the date of purchase.
Do you charge for shipping when a product is covered under warranty?
Yes, Teza offers a one-time replacement at no cost.
What warranty is included with my product?
What do I need to provide to get parts under warranty?
You need to provide your invoice/purchase order number. Teza will determine whether your warranty is still active based on your purchase date. Teza offers a one-time replacement of defective hardware at no cost.
How do I know if I still have warranty on my product?
Your warranty covers you for 5 years and 2 years for hardware from the date of purchase.

Can I return my window/door if it’s the wrong size or color?
No, all clients review and confirm invoice before placing the order. Unless the mistake was made by our company then yes.
What is Teza’s Return Policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that custom orders are non-refundable. Custom orders include any items that are specifically made or modified according to your specifications.

How many people do you typically need to install a bifold/sliding door?
The number of people needed to install a bi-fold door can vary depending on the size and weight of the door.
A minimum of two people is usually required for the installation process.
Can Teza send someone out to install replacement parts?
Yes, we can schedule a date and time and send our team to assist you. We do charge a convenience fee for replacement services.
Which products offer blinds between the glass?
Our 85 series, 90 series, & 95 series products offer blinds between the glass. Any product that has no grid and single lite.
Can blinds between the glass be replaced if they become damaged?
Typically, this involves removing the glass panel with the blinds, replacing it with a new panel that has new blinds installed and then re-installing the panel in the window frame.
What hardware is provided with your products?
All hardware is provided when purchasing our products.
Can you customize your own door?
Yes, you can customize your door to your liking.

Yes, we can make arrangements after your windows or doors arrive and deliver or ship them at a small cost.
