Teza Sliding Door Bottom Track

TEZA HIGH TRACK SLIDING DOOR & LOW TRACK

Teza high track and low track sliding doors, this refers to the position of the tracks on which the door panels slide. We recommend a low track for warm regions. The low tracks do not have a weep hole which can be an issue if you receive heavy precipitation. The low track will always have a gap between the panels and the bottom track, the reason there’s a gap to be able to slide panels smoothly on the bottom track. If the region you live in is a low temperature area, we recommend a high track. This track is airtight between the panels and bottom track with no gaps, also features a weep hole causing any water that is entered on the track to release with no problem.
